See Richie McCaw's book is out today. I am definately going to read it. I think most players should, they could probably learn from arguably the best rugby brain and captain on the field of all time.

brook - if you are nit picking look at 67 min, the ABs collapse the mall, then are offsides at the ruck, the Mcaw plays the ball on the ground with SA (Strauss) getting blown for a knock on while camping on the NZ line. Come on, please NZ 99% of the time get the rub of the green, I don't understand how you guys can moan about the refs. At least you saw the tip tackle.

I am not saying all fans here are ungracious. There are a few who are definitely.

Cheers Cressey, we are all rugby fans and love the game.

It may not sound like it, but I have a lot of respect for NZ rugby and the traditional rivalry between NZ & SA. NZ are the best team no doubt, and hopefully we will be more competitive next year. I am sure most NZers want healthy competition, it makes it more exciting.

Personally I think HM is on the right track and needs time and players need more experience. Israel Dagg, C Smith, DC & Richie were huge on Saturday.

So are you saying just give the RWC to the team ranked no 1 in the world at the time? What's the point of having a RWC then?

Cressey - The point I am making is how would you have felt if you were a French supporter after that RWC final? Also, I am not saying all AB fans here are ungracious. I personally have a lot of kiwi friends and lived in NZ for over 2 years and find Kiwis generally to be very laid back and humble, but on this site I don't find it so.

A lot of NZ fans on this site are most ungracious I have ever come across. I guess Napoleon was nasty for his own 'little' reasons. I guess if you are stuck somewhere isolated from the rest of the world and have one little thing to cling to that makes you feel validated you can become very protective and even nasty about it if it is ever threatened.
