King Rat flees the sinking ship. Deans will soon follow. That leaves the door open for Ewen McKenzie to be appointed Wallaby coach - just as Quade Cooper expected.

Adidas is a good fit for the ABs. Air NZ would have been a better fit as global sponsor of the ABs than AIG. Let's not forget that AIG almost brought down the global financial system during the height of the GFC with its reckless, highly leveraged and speculative trading (gambling) before begging for a taxpayer bailout. Is this a company that the ABs really want to be associated with?

The toxic environment within Australian rugby stems from the top of the ARU. John O'Neill gloated about poaching Deans from NZ the same way he gloated about stealing RWC games from NZ in 2003. He also led the vote against NZ hosting the 2011 RWC. He's the cancer that needs to be removed before Australian rugby can progress.

QC knows that either Ewen McKenzie will coach the Wallabies next year or his manager is negotiating a release from rugby so he can sign up with an NRL club from 2013 (probably marketed by his manager as a double act with SBW). That would help explain his brazen comments. Otherwise he's just digging his own hole.

The ABs must match the Argies physicality in the first half or they risk going into the sheds down and with the crowd lifting the home team in the second half.

So the ABs should play Romano at 6 to add some bulk & power to the pack. He's also an extra linout option with Whitelock & Retallick locking. Also, Hore should join Woody & Owen in the front row to steady the scrum.

Then bring on Kevvy & Vito with 20 minutes to go to run the Argies legless.

Why won't Hansen play Romano at 6 with Whitelock & Retallick locking?

This combo would add some needed grunt in the pack & scrum and also an extra lineout option.

This is QCs last chance to impress or he won't get another run-on chance. The Wobblies have good form against the Boks over recent years but Perth will feel like home to the men in green.

Beale will be tested under the high ball of Steyne and QC will be tested in defense. But it's in the back-3 & at the breakdown that the Boks should dominate and give Steyne opportunities to kick them to a close victory.

AB selectors should go with the stronger scrummaging front row of Woody, Hore & Owen with Whitelock & Retalick locking together and add Romano as #6. This adds some weight & brute to the pack plus an extra linout option.

Once the Puma's are softened up, bring on Kevvy & Vito to run them ragged in the final 20 minutes. That's when the game will be won.

ABs should go with their heavier front row of Woody, Hore & Owen Franks with Whitelock & Retalick locking and Romano at 6 for brute force. Also an extra lineout option. Then bring on Kevvy & Vito with 20 to go to run them ragged.
